Adobe House LSM Token Presale Duration and IEO Information

Our pre-sale phase was designed with the primary goal of distributing our tokens to early believers and participants in our project. Each pre-sale phase will continue until all allocated tokens are sold. However, we understand market dynamics and the importance of timelines:

1. Presale End Date: Our presale will end on November 30, 2023. If we have not sold all allocated tokens by this date, we remain committed to listening to our community. We will consider extending the presale based on community consensus, but any extension will not exceed one additional week.

2. Initial Exchange Offering (IEO): If all tokens are unsold by the end of our pre-sale, we have set conditions for an Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) in which our tokens will be made available at a set price of $0.11.

3. Decentralized Exchange Listing (DEX): We will also lock up liquidity on a DEX platform similar to PancakeSwap.

  • Listing Reservations: 10 million tokens have been reserved for listing on well-known cryptocurrency exchanges. This ensures liquidity and accessibility for potential token holders and drives widespread adoption.
  • Team Allocation: 8 million tokens are dedicated to the team, recognizing their critical role in conceptualizing and maintaining the platform. The token undergoes a 1-year lockup, after which 10% will be released every month, ensuring the team’s alignment with the platform’s trajectory.
  • Bounty Pool: 3 million tokens will be strategically distributed as bounties during the ICO, increasing community engagement and diversifying token holdings.
  • Contest Prizes: An allocation of 1.5 million tokens will reward contest participants during the ICO pre-sale, stimulate community engagement and increase platform awareness.
  • Contribution and Task Rewards: With the launch of the platform, 400 million tokens are designated for contributions and task-related rewards. This encourages active participation and organic content creation.
  • Staking Rewards: A pool of 500 million tokens allocated for staking incentives. Users who stake tokens for a period of 1, 6 or 12 months are entitled to a fixed income. Once this allocation is exhausted, Layer 2 staking begins, where stakeholders benefit from token trading fees, reflecting a continuous reward model.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Reserved amounts (amount to be determined) may be set aside for strategic partnerships and collaborations. This partnership could strengthen the platform’s reach, drive integration, and strengthen its position in the education and crypto sectors.
